Meet Alex.

Alex Sanchez is a certified underwriter, converted loan officer. Prior to becoming a loan officer, he received his DE designation from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Alex was underwriting FHA loans, and was a Conventional Senior Underwriting Team Leader for over 2 years. With over 4 years of mortgage experience under his belt, Alex has the knowledge and expertise to ensure you will achieve your goal of either becoming a homeowner or reaching financial freedom.

Alex resides in the city of Sterling Heights, a suburb located just outside of Detroit, MI. He grew up in Detroit, and resided in East Lansing, MI for 4 years while attending Michigan State University. In 2019, Alex received his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with an additional major in Economics, which led him down the finance and mortgage industry paths. In his freetime, Alex enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, coaching baseball in the summer, and meeting up with friends to sing karaoke and play trivia.
